"Character" means popular character in animation or cartoon or others. "Character" is important resources in game business.
You can analyze popular characters in your country and find the way to make your game center more popular.
About the form of the report, can we include picture in the report form?
Is there any maximum words quota?
Yes, you can include picture in your report.
There is not a limit to the length of your answers. But we do suggest applicant to refine their words.
Can we submit an additional document of the report (e.g a separate MS word document) or our own separate personal resume?
It is ok to submit an additional document of the report or your separate personal resume. But do fill the provided resume sheet and worksheet please.
Tell me the purpose of the business contest.
Now the time that Asia economy is growing and change significantly is coming. Japanese companies are going to find the one who has global spirit and employ them aggressively.
To make connection with and employ talents from universities out of Japan, Japanese companies would act aggressively.
However, Japanese companies are not known by university students in other countries.
By this, our purposes are two:
1) We hope that through the contest, Japanese companies` names will be known and the motivation to work together will also be enhanced.
2) We hope this event could make opportunities that the global leaders who are necessary for the Asian economy development.
Is it necessary to have Japanese ability to entry?
No. Japanese ability is unnecessary. All the event will be in English. English will also be used even in the business trip in Tokyo.
What about the candidates in other area?
Now, the contest is opened in China (mainland), Hong Kong, Indonesia, Vietnamn, except Singapore. Any area, the candidates will be students of top-universities.
What is the business trip in Tokyo?
Business trip in Tokyo means that winners from all the areas will be gathered. Workshop will be hold. It will be an collection of excellent students in Asia, so it will be expectable. Also, AJE operation office will prepare tour in Tokyo.
Please tell me how to participate in the event?
The way to participate in the event is to submit both “The Task From” and “The Application Form” to the entry address “apply@asianjob-ex.com” by e-mail. You can download them both by clicking on the download forms button “Downloading an individual application form” for each company. Please refer to “HOW TO ENTER” for further details.
How are the qualifiers for participating selected?
Qualifiers will be selected by the examination of the participants’ reports and through “a screening interview ( to be carried out in each area)” after the entry deadline.
How much should we write on the given task?
The report will be assessed not by the amount of sentences but the content. Please summarize your idea in two or three pages.

The results of the screening will be given by a phone call or an e-mail. However, the results of the screening will be given only to those who are selected. We thank you for your understanding.
How many qualifiers will be selected?
Three reports in each area for each task will win a separate prize. Three enterprises x three qualifiers = 9 qualifiers. There for 9 will be chosen.
Should the case be that I am chosen as a qualifier is it compulsory to participate in a business trip to Tokyo?
It is compulsory for selected people to participate in a business trip to Tokyo which will be held in December. All the travel and most other expenses in Japan such as accommodation and flight fares will be covered by the ASIAN JOB EXPRESS ADMINISTRATION.
I am a Filipino who goes to a university in Singapore. Can I participate in it?
Yes, you can. Please write Filipino for “Nationality” and Singapore for “Country of residence” on the application form.
I am a person from Hong Kong who goes to a university in the U.S.A. Can I participate in it?
Yes, you can. However, you need to participate in the interview for screening that will be held in each area.
Can a graduate participate?
It is possible for people who have graduated in 2011 and who are presently job-hunters to participate in the event. Please enter.
Is it all right to work together with a friend to participate?
The event this time requests you to participate individually. Please enter on your own.
Should the case be that my report is selected, when can I receive the prize money?
All prizes will be awarded to the winners when they arrive in Japan for the business trip.
Are there any benefits for participants who are unsuccessful in winning?
We will offer help with information regarding Japanese companies’ employment, to all people that were unfortunately not chosen as winners this time.

I am enrolled in a Japanese department, My Japanese is better than my English. Is it ok to write a report in Japanese?
Please write down your Japanese proficiency level in the place allocated for “Language Skill” on the application form.
Should the case be that I receive employment at a company, will there be any charge asked from me?
Should the case be that you receive employment at a company through this event, there will be no monies charged to you at all. You will also be offered language training (Japanese) for free.
Please tell me about the event organizing companies.
The three event organizers, “ Link and Motivation Inc.”, “Transcend Co..Ltd.” and “ Credicom Corporation” are human resource consulting companies. It is characterized that the three companies have been carrying out a project called “AHRAP (Asian-Human Resource Project), which is a joint enterprise by the three companies” since 2008. This is a project which matches talented students in Asia to Japanese enterprises as globally talented people.
Asian people have been introduced to Japanese enterprises in China and Vietnam already through the project, since 2008 and more than two hundred Asian people have been successfully matched with Japanese employers. We are also this time, planning to hold the project in Hong Kong, Singapore and Indonesia starting from 2011. Due to the recognition of our past performance, we are administrating “ASIAN JOB EXPRESS” on the request of the three sponsor companies.
